Civil Engineering and Development Department (CEDD) commissioned a Design and Construction Assignment - "Improvement Works at Lai Chi Wo Pier and Tung Ping Chau Public Pier - Design and Construction" (Agreement No. CE 32/2021(CE)) in September 2021 to carry out the detailed design of the two piers and supervision of the construction works.
